Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
Pineapple, crushed or rings
10 Maraschino Cherries
1 box yellow cake mix
Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions:
Melt butter in bottom of bean pot in 30 second intervals in microwave.
Pour in brown sugar and mix well.
Cover butter sugar mix with pineapple.
Place cherries over top, arrange as you wish!
Prepare cake mix according to package instructions.
Pour cake mix over mixture in bean pot.
Cover with lid and microwave for 12 minutes. (microwave times may vary)
Serve with vanilla ice cream!
