Cancellation Policy
Because we work very quickly to process and ship your order, the cancellation window is limited. Orders may be cancelled only if they have not already shipped or begun the shipping process. Once the shipping process for an order has begun, the order may no longer be canceled. To request an order cancellation, please call Customer Care at (903) 935-4197.
Pricing Policy
Orders are accepted for immediate shipment with the understanding that payment will reflect the price in effect at time of order submission. All prices are subject to change without notice. Price changes do not apply to previously placed orders.
Return Policy
We hope you love the items you purchase from us; however, if for some reason you don’t, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise credit will be issued within 10 business days once a returned item has been received and inspected at our home office. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in new condition and must be in their original packaging to quality for a refund. (Please do not assemble or modify the product in any way.) The following items may not be returned:
- Steals and Deals (clearance items)
- Items marked non-returnable (as stated on the item description page before placing your order)
- Personalized items
How to Return an Item
- Request a return within 30 days of delivery. To do so, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-903-935-4197 or email [email protected].
- Once your request has been approved, we will send you a return authorization number and a shipping label. Items returned without a return authorization number may be refused at our home office.
- Returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging. If a product has been assembled or modified in any way, a refund will not be issued.
- A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged if an undamaged item is returned.
You will receive a refund to your original form of payment with return shipping deducted from your refund. We will process any refunds after the returned goods have been received in new condition and in their original packaging. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery. Our Customer Care Representatives will work with you to correct the problem. You may be requested to return the damaged item and/or submit a photo of the damaged item. A refund or a replacement may be issued depending on your preferences and product availability.
