Awesome Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese

1/2 pint heavy whipping cream

2 cans Rotel Tomatoes, diced

1 8 oz pkg frozen spinach, chopped, drained and squeezed dry

4 cubes chicken bouillon

1 16 oz Jalapeno Velveeta Cheese, cubed

1/2 cup milk

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in your favorite Celebrating Home Direct Bean Pot.

Microwave for 3 minutes and stir. (*microwave times may vary)

Microwave additional 2 minutes, stop and stir.*

Continue this time until all cheese is melted - Please note that microwave times may vary!

Serve with chips and your choice of fresh vegetables or crackers!
