My sweet Daughter in law gave me a lamp and beads as a gift. Father in law also loves it!! I would like to use beads in both that lamp and in another vessel in another room. However, the other vessel is not the same type. It has a bulb in the bottom of a 6 inch lamp. At the top is a plate that holds the wax I usually use. Is it safe to use these beads. I have already done so—and they frangrance the home wonderfully. However, after a couple hours the beads seem to morph a bit and stick to the plate. Once cooled, it’s easy enough to remove, but some of the beads are now glued together. Still work though. What say you? Safe to use in this manner? Thank you for your quick response.

I received an Ooh La Lamp as a gift. Do I just put the crystals or wax directly on the wire/cage above the light bulbs? I did not receive any directions or any other parts
