Rotisserie Chicken
Ingredients:
1 whole chicken
1 onion, cut into large pieces
1 can Chicken broth
preferred seasonings (salt, pepper, oregano, parsley, etc)
Directions:
Rinse whole chicken. Stuff with onion.
Place chicken in your favorite Celebrating Ho
When done, place on platter and let cool
Serve with favorite sides, or debone and use for chicken salad, stir fry, sandwiches, etc.
