Microwave Meatloaf

Ingredients:

2 lbs ground beef

1 pkg. McCormick Meat Loaf Seasoning

1/2 cup onion, chopped, or 1/2 cup dry minced onion

2 eggs

1/2 cup ketchup plus additional for topping

1 can tomato soup

1 cup oatmeal

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in Bean Pot. Smooth mixture and top with a little more ketchup.

Microwave with lid on for 24 minutes (microwave times may vary)

Let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
