Honey Sesame Chicken



1 1/2 pound boneless/skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 TBSP dried onion

2 TBSP Ketchup

1 TBSP Oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 TBSP water

Sesame seeds 


Largely dice chicken in cubes, put in Bean Pot.

Combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil and garlic. Pour over chicken in bean pot.

Cook on 375 degrees for 45 minutes or just until chicken is cooked thoroughly. (cooking times may vary)

Remove chicken from bean pot, leave sauce. Pour dissolved cornstarch in water mixture in bean pot, mix well with sauce left in bean pot. Replace lid, cook sauce on high for ten more minutes or until slightly thickened.

Return chicken pieces to bean pot. Simmer on low until time to serve. Before serving sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice.
